The function of the communication interface module MMS6823 is to continuously access the MMS6000 module connected to the RS485 bus, and at the same time to convert the received characteristic value data and the alarm and module status data into the standard MODBUS protocol, and the MODBUS output can be selected as MODBUS RTU or MODBUS ASCII protocol. The received eigenvalue data, alarm and module status data are converted to the standard TCP/IP protocol and can be output via the Ethernet RJ45 interface. These data can be accessed and displayed by the connected vibration analysis system, DCS, DEH, etc. The MMS6823 can be used to control the connected vibration analysis system, DCS and DEH. 

The MMS6823 can be used to configure the connected MMS6000 modules, the RS485 bus and MODBUS output are connected via the 48-pole socket on the rear of the module, and the TCP/IP network interface is a standard RJ45 interface located on the rear panel of the module, which is connected using a standard network cable.The IP address of the MMS6823 can be set flexibly according to the needs.
